Preschool 4's

Our Preschool 4's program helps to build a solid foundation for future academic success. Students explore the world around them through a multi-sensory, play-based approach. Students must be 4 by September 30th to enter our Preschool 4's program.

Curriculum

Religion
Our Religion curriculum introduces students to the Saints and symbols of the Catholic Church through hands-on activities and age-appropriate crafts. Students also attend a monthly chapel visit to begin exposing them to the various elements of our church and the mass.
Language Arts
Our Language Arts curriculum focuses on recognizing letters and the sounds they make. Students will also learn about rhyming, syllables, and other various pre-reading skills in order to prepare them for Kindergarten.
MAth
Our Math curriculum covers a wide variety of early math skills including counting, 1:1 correspondence, shape recognition, and patterns. Students use a wide variety of manipulative to reinforce these skills.
Social studies/science/health
Students are introduced to a variety of topics including seasons, weather, holidays, animals, personal hygiene, and safety.
Weekly Specials: Music, Physical Education, Spanish and Library
Field Trips: Lucas Brothers Farm, Cox Arboretum
Unique Experiences: Monthly Chapel Visits, Performance with Muse Machine, Someone Special Day, Field Day
